What You’ll Be Doing
Create marketing materials for digital and print (ads, posters, social graphics, flyers, signage)
Write clear, engaging copy for websites, emails, social media, and campaigns
Create social media content and emails
Capture and edit photos and videos for marketing use (events, promotions, brand content)
Update website content and visuals (no coding required)
Assist with campaign planning, launches, and reporting
Support brand consistency across all channels
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners as needed
Help with community events, promotions, and sponsorship initiatives
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent education/experience)
Strong graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite)
Experience managing or contributing to social media accounts
Basic photo and video shooting/editing experience (or a strong willingness to learn)
Comfortable updating websites and working with CMS platforms
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects
A creative mindset with a willingness to try new ideas

Compensation
Salary range, Starting at: $48,000 – $53,000, depending on experience
Full-time, permanent position
Remote/In-Office Hybrid
Benefits package included
Occasional travel within our service areas may be required for community events or marketing initiatives (e.g., Petawawa) the travel costs would be covered.
