What You’ll Be Doing

  • Create marketing materials for digital and print (ads, posters, social graphics, flyers, signage)

  • Write clear, engaging copy for websites, emails, social media, and campaigns

  • Create social media content and emails

  • Capture and edit photos and videos for marketing use (events, promotions, brand content)

  • Update website content and visuals (no coding required)

  • Assist with campaign planning, launches, and reporting

  • Support brand consistency across all channels

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners as needed

  • Help with community events, promotions, and sponsorship initiatives


What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent education/experience)

  • Strong graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite)

  • Experience managing or contributing to social media accounts

  • Basic photo and video shooting/editing experience (or a strong willingness to learn)

  • Comfortable updating websites and working with CMS platforms

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects

  • A creative mindset with a willingness to try new ideas

Compensation

  • Salary range, Starting at: $48,000 – $53,000, depending on experience 

  • Full-time, permanent position

  • Remote/In-Office Hybrid

  • Benefits package included

  • Occasional travel within our service areas may be required for community events or marketing initiatives (e.g., Petawawa) the travel costs would be covered.
